Joe Forgét, Founder & CEO

I'm a Strategy & Growth Advisor.

I’ve worked for large publicly traded companies, owned multiple businesses, and served as a senior executive leading teams through growth and transformation. I’ve built teams, shaped culture, and driven strategic change.

What made it sustainable was not another plan.

It was creating clarity, trust, and alignment across the leadership table.

That’s where I work now: at the intersection of purpose, people, and process.

As the founder of Igniting Momentum, I help leadership teams get clear on where they’re headed, how they work together, and what matters most now. Through The Ignition Framework™, I guide teams through the conversations, decisions, and rhythms that turn strategy into real momentum.

I’ve implemented and operated within EOS, Pinnacle, and System & Soul frameworks, and I use tools like Working Genius and Positive Intelligence (PQ) when they help the team move forward. The framework is never the point. The point is helping the team align, commit, and execute.

I’m also an Eagle Scout and a committed supporter of Scouting America and youth leadership development.
