My Story

Joe Forgét, Chief Momentum Maker

I'm a Business Coach and Strategic Facilitator.

I’ve worked for large publicly traded companies, owned multiple businesses, and served as a senior executive leading teams through growth and transformation. I’ve built teams, shaped culture, and driven strategic change. What made it all sustainable was creating clarity, trust, and alignment across the leadership table.

That’s where I coach now: at the intersection of purpose, people, and process.

I’ve implemented and operated within EOS, Pinnacle, and System & Soul frameworks. My coaching blends strategy, facilitation, and tools like System & Soul, Working Genius, and Positive Intelligence (PQ) to support both performance and people development. I meet teams where they are and guide them forward with practical, collaborative support.

As the founder of Igniting Momentum, I help leadership teams create alignment, build strength, and gain clarity around where they’re headed and how to get there. I created The Ignition Framework™ as a practical approach to drive clarity, commitment, and real momentum through leadership alignment.

Originally from Albany, NY, and a proud Syracuse University graduate, I’ve called Central Florida home for over 30 years. When I’m not coaching or facilitating, you’ll find me running, strength training, or supporting Orlando City with fellow Society XXI members. I’m also an Eagle Scout and a committed supporter of Scouting America and youth leadership development.
